From my school life in 1982, I started penfriendship & Radio DXing worldwide. I have many pen friends, including the President Maumoon Abdul Gayoom of Maldives, since 1989.

My hobby is collecting stamps, view cards, coins, banknotes, maps, magazines, DX-items & teaching materials and aids. 

In 1984, I became the Postmaster of Bandai Khara Branch.

I was the Founder Secretary of the DX club (VOA Fan Club) in Bandai Khara in 1988.

I took part in many voluntary social relief work.
